There are two ways to change the header logo.
1. From Customizer: Go to (Appearance > Customize > Site Identity)
2. From Page Meta: If any of the pages is missing the logo you just changed.
Then please check in the page meta that if there is an option for the logo.
Then add the logo and you will find the logo on the page header.
