Go through these steps to add a link in ORDER NOW button.
Go to (Dricub Driving School Options > Header Settings)
Disable the button to deactivate Modal popup from Order Button Show Modal or External Page option,
and Insert your external link on Text Order field.
Click Save Changes button.
