We’ve created Laundry Order Form with Contact Form 7 plugin and showed that on Revolution Slider Order Now button.
To customize our order form navigate Contact > Contact Forms: modal-popup.
If you want to create a new order form, create a form with Contact Form 7 plugin and copy the generated form shortcode
Paste the copied shortcode to Laundry Options > Modal Settings. You can also put a title of the form with Modal Title field.
Show Modal Order Form on Menu #
If you want to show the modal order form on the main menu, please navigate Appearance > Menu. Open your desired menu where you want to show the form, then click on Custom Link field from the menu left sidebar.
Put #modalOrder on URL field and your preferred menu name ex: Order form on Link Text field.
Open the added menu settings and put popup-link-menu on CSS Classes filed.
